About Inishowen’s Children’s Charity

Founded in 2016, our charity supports children and families across the Inishowen peninsula who face illness, hardship or difficult circumstances.

Expanding support throughout Inishowen

Buncrana’s Children’s Charity was originally set up in 2016 by a group of passionate local volunteers wishing to make a direct, tangible difference in the lives of local children.

Over the past decade, as requests for support grew, our outreach expanded beyond Buncrana to encompass every town, village and rural community across the Inishowen area — including Carndonagh, Moville, Greencastle, Muff, Clonmany, Malin, Culdaff and surrounding townlands.

To better represent the full scope of families we serve, the charity rebranded as Inishowen’s Children’s Charity. While our name has evolved, our promise and simple motto remain the same: “Help Us, Help Them”.
